The Importance of Moisture Readings

The first photo is showing a room within a building which was effected by water.  Here you will see the moisture content is high in this area; however in the next photo, which is the room right next to the first, you will see the moisture meter showing the moisture content was much lower. These 2 photos show the importance of using a company with certified technicians with the proper tools required by the IICRC for water mitigation.  The IICRC is The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification, more commonly known as the IICRC, is a certification and standard-setting non-profit organization for the inspection, cleaning, and restoration industries.
